Here’s how our direct-hire pricing structure works:

1. Initial Payment: Upon Hire or First Day Worked
   • The total fee is divided into three equal invoices. The first third is billed upon hire or after the completion of the first day worked. This initial payment is straightforward and aligns with the beginning of our engagement.
2. Second Payment: 30 Days
   • The second third of the fee is billed at 30 days. By this point, the client has had a month to evaluate the new hire’s performance and integration into their team. This period allows for any initial adjustments and ensures that the client is satisfied with their decision.
3. Final Payment: 60 Days
   • The final third of the fee is billed at 60 days. After two months, the new hire’s impact and effectiveness should be clear. This final payment confirms the client’s satisfaction with the ongoing performance and fit of the new team member.

We’ve structured our fees in this way to prevent clients from facing a full payment shortly after making a hire. Instead, our incremental billing approach provides a more manageable payment process and gives our clients the assurance that they are investing wisely.
